From 2025 we’ll also offer a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) programme, which is a mid-level credential for experienced coaches. To earn the PCC certification, coaches must complete extensive coach-specific training, accumulate significant coaching experience, and demonstrate mastery of ICF's core competencies at a higher level than the ACC credential. The programme includes mentor coaching, a performance evaluation, and passing an exam. The PCC credential signifies a strong commitment to professional development and expertise in coaching.​

The program is expertly facilitated by two ICF Master Coaches (ICF MCC) in Liz Connelly MCC and Paul Starbuck MCC who will lead delegates through the programme and ICF accreditation progress.

The programme is delivered online over three modules of four days per module across a three-month period.  The accreditation process outside of the structured Coaching Craft programme can be completed at your pace.
